Spools of wire?

No thats not correct, our site is not updated to show status because in the US all customers get automated emails from USPS or UPS when orders are shipped. Your in Canada - no tracking is available with Global Priority. Item was mailed most likely on the 4th as we do not ship daily to Canada (as stated on our site)

Not to mention your in BC and we are in Ohio, its going to take some time to get that order to you. Its not like your in Windsor

 
out of the 4 times i ordered, there were 3 times in which i never got confirmation until after the package arrived. i even asked customer service to provide it, but rather than looking it up, he told me 'it should be in your email'. well i wouldnt ask if it were now would i. not that tracking really matters to me, i got my items in a decent amount of time.

jacka - were the items shipped by USPS, their "click-n-ship" often emails a day late, recently it has been working good though. The service rep probably did not have the info in front of them, previously we did not have access to tracking outside of the office, now we can get 90% of the tracking info any time of day. So if you get a reply after hours it could just be they did not have the info, but still wanted to contact you. Most times the tracking winds up in a spam folder or folks use a secondary email on their order - then forget which account they used with the order and do not check that account for order updates.

just curious to know where can u get 2/0 3/0 and 4/0 gauge spools?
