Speakers not working

1aespinoza might be correct
You were supposed to cut the speaker wire off the factory harness

Either way your amp already has an loc built in
Look on the amp rca side where it says high input auto remote
That is your loc so you can eliminate the scosche loc

You will need to cut factory speaker wire the end where signal is coming from the headunit will go into the high input plug on amp

Then run speaker wire from amp speaker output to the other end you cut where the factory speaker wire is going into the door speaker

This method you won't need rca's and you won't need a remote wire

Also for good measure remove your loc wiring and cut out that section with t-tap and rewire back to factory to confirm everything is still working correctly before you jump back into it
Just in case cause I'm not 100% sure what may have happened to cut out the sound

If all is well you can proceed

The amp doesn't have high input plug...

I'm thinking I might have shorted out my factory amp... becuase I did that that and i currently have no sound at all from either door...

Ya looks like your amp has 2 versions under the same model
One with high input and one without

Ya first confirm if it plays once reverted back to stock

Did you by any chance also run a speaker wire from amplifier speaker output to the speaker while still having it connected to factory speaker aswell?

Because just tapping into it and running signal to the loc/amp shouldn't harm anything

No, it did not play once I reverted it back to stock.
Yes, I did run a speaker wire from the amp speaker output while it was still connected to the factory.
Once i connected the RCA's a turned on the car to play music There was a disturbing load noise and smelled like I shorted something out, that's why I think I klilled my factorey amp. So what I'm trying to do is bypass my factorey amp all together but having problems figureing it out without taking off the head un unit...

And while you're in there, dump the Sosche, it's noisy and just not very good, kinda bad really. Sorry, but the Sosche LOCs don't test out very well at all.

Get this kicker, $18, clean, clear, undistorted, and will handle upwards of 50 watts from the HU. It also uses the speaker lead voltage to create the remote turn-on on so you don't have to access it from the head unit itself.

Loud noise and burning smell.... I think you might have burnt something....
I think it was the factory amp... That's why I think my next step is bypassing the factory amp itself, maybe gonna have to remove head unit and do the way it was suppossed to be done in thr 1st place...
