Speaker wiring...

Okay i just got a new amp for my speakers. I have two 100w 4.5 in the front and two 200w 6.5 in the back. I want to wire them up but i was wondering, how does the ohm thing work for these? Is it the same as SVC subs? My amp has to outputs channels that the gain, HPF and LPF can be controlled seperately. I forget what the amp model is but its a 320w Kenwood amp. How should i go about this? Also i was looking into throwing some speakers in the doors up front as well. How should i wire it when i have six speakers as well?

Can we get a bit more information from you? I am going to imagine that the 100w and 200w ratings you have shared with us at this stage are likely peak wattage ratings which are, quite frankly, immaterial numbers good for nothing outside of marketing purposes.

What brand/model are the speakers and which model Pioneer amp are you using?

Sorry i was tired when i posted this. Its a kac-6401 KENWOOD. My fault. The speakers are kenwood also but i dont know the modle number i just know that they are two way 100W max 4", and 6.5" three way 200w max.

Well i think that bridging both was a mistake. I think tomorrow i will bridge the back two and straight wire the front. It sounds MUCH cleaner at lower levels but i get distortion when i crank on it. Also im hearing distortion on bassy parts that i didnt when i had my bass at -4. I dunno maybe the HPF isnt set high enough. Too bad i cant adjust it. I suppose we shall se tomorrow.
