Okay so today i regrounded my HU to the chasis by were the amps are grounded and still i have the whine. When i unplug the RCAs and turn on the car i still have the whine. What can it be? Im running passive comps, when i turn off my lows xover on the orion 6002 the speakers and tweets's whine go crazy, they like sky rocket. The higher i put the low xover the higher the whine goes and the lower i put it the lower the whine. What should i set my Low and High xovers to, my comp set is in my sig. This is driving me nuts now. I even attached a metal wire from the negative RCA to the stock HU ground, did it for the subs and comps RCAs, my sub too has a whine coming from it. And now when i turn on and off my lights of the car and dome light it makes like a thump. Whats going on here?
