hey all, I have an old pair of 5" polk woofs that were from a set of comps.

the fabric dome just crumbled away. the cone and surround seems to be in fine shape and they did work ok when I tested them.

how can I repair the little dome in the center ?

my first thought (crazy ?) was to cut a section from a ping pong ball and glue it in.

they didn't cost alot (swap meet) so I spose I could toss them in the trash...

thanks for your thoughts on this.
