I have my install in a few days. Just wanted to get input while I still have a chance to switch things up. My goals are SQL, clean looking install with very little rattle. I would like to eventually have the entire vehicle deadened ect.
2002 Grand Cherokee Overland
Mmats D300 - Optimized for 4ohm 700 w @ 13.8 v
TC Sounds 2000 15" 4ohm driver in custom ported box at 30 hz (you tube link)
This is my substage on my box builders system.$150 worth of Raamat and ensolite for the entire trunk area.
Alpine iDA-X305S with bluetooth and steering wheel controls.
Alpine MRV-F345 birthsheet at 102w x 4 @ 4ohm
Alpine Type-R components up front
JL TR650-CXi Coaxials for the rear- JL Audio TR650-CXi Evolution Car Audio Speakers
My questions are...
-Should I scrap the JL's in the rear and find a pair of cheap components using only the woofer and crossover as a midbass. I.E. PG RSD 6.5?
-Or keep the rear fill as it is and see how everything plays out?
Budget is for used products preferred. $100
My install is in two days so I need to make it happen early tomorrow if necessary. Thanks in advance.
