Speaker Mounting Depth Question???

I'm going to be getting these comps installed-

CTX65CS - Image Dynamics 6.5" Component Speaker System

I currently have these installed

SPS-500 - Alpine Type-S 5-1/4" 2-way car speakers

I'm going to be upgrading to the larger size for the front speakers, from 5 1/4 to 6 1/2. My concern is in regards to speaker mounting depth. The alpine coaxials have a mounting depth of 2", the ID's have a mounting depth of 2.75". Is there a way to make the ID's work? How would I find out the max mounting depth of the speaker ports for my car? Thanks! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif

might wanna let us know the vehicle someone might know if they will fit just as is.

also could use the what will fit my car option on crutchfield and see what the depths are on the speakers that are listed.

not too hard to figure out....

Tried the cruthfield method, it tells me that I use 4" speakers in the front doors which is incorrect. The factory speaker ports are 5 1/4. The car is a 95 Geo Prizm.Again the alpine type s coaxials fit which have are 2", my question is how much more room do I have then that and how do I find out? And if I don't have enough room is there a way to make it so that the speakers will fit without sacrificing SQ.
