Speaker makes a high pitch buzzing

I dont know why but i have two boss 6x5's in the back of my expedition and it makes a high pitch buzzing noise in the rear right speaker only when the car is started. But if the car is off and the key is turned so i can just turn the stereo on it does not do it? PLEASE HELP!!!! THANKS....

maybe the speaker's metal basket is touching metal? that happened to me in my old car.
