Speaker level input to RCA?

I have 2x kicker cvr 12" currently powered by a kenwood 600w 2 channel. My buddy gave me his amp (Eclipse XA1000). My problem is that the Kenwood accepts a "Speaker Level Input" harness where as my new amp only accepts RCA inputs. Is there a little converter i can buy from somewhere that will make this a plug-n-play job?

kinda wish i bought this, but it will convert speakers for you into RCA or you can find one that has no remote wire thats onyl 15$
