Speaker Installation is a PITA!

Hi, How do I get the plastic panels off a 1996 mustang gt convertible? Those suckers are hard as hell to get off. I tried pushing up, and like 80% of the clips are released, but there is some near the door handle area that are PISSING ME OFF!

How do I get it off? Thanks

I took the door handle cover off, the door handle has no way of coming off, no screws or anything

If it's anything like my '94 Econoline's door handle, the actual handle is two pieces...you pop the top part off, and it reveals a Torx screw in the base that holds it to the crank.
