speaker hitting door panel

you make room between your speaker and its obstruction, or you remove its obstruction...end of story

Not much to do except cut the door panel and refabricate a new cover/grill.

Can you squeeze in the grill the speaker came with & still get the door panel on? Prolly won't work but worth a try anyway.
