Speaker Grill Question

Would the sound of a fullrange speaker such as a 6" coaxial or a 6" Midbass be affected by having "2" metal speaker grills covering it? In other words, I have an older model MB Quart coaxial that comes already mounted behind a metal grill and I want to mount it in a door behind the factory grill which is fixed in the door panel. I just want to know if the sound quality would be affected when firing through 2 grills instead of 1. The speakers will be fed with 75watts from a JL Audio slash series amp.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

i want to use the factory grill which is already fixed to the door panel and the second grill is fixed to the actual coaxial speaker. So basically, if I want to use these speakers, I have to settle for using both grills. So do you think that will affect the speakers output of SQ?
