ok so i've never made a speaker box before and i have already gotten a box design and cut all the pieces and made the hole for my sub but i am just trying to decide the best way to put it all together,any help would be greatly appreciated

Well, it depends on how you cut it.

I like to start with the bottom, and get the back piece, and a side piece on.. I clamp those two together. Then I put the other side piece on, then the front. Then I caulk all the edges on the inside, and put the top on.
