Spacing alternator pulley?

only you know if you can run that much spacer, but i doubt it. does the shaft have enough threads?

This week we are making some templates out of wood and mounting it again to line up, and getting all the measurements off those templates, and taking it to my friend that is manager at a local laser fab mil and having him get the brackets cut. Will be a lot easier than sending it to mechman, thanks for the suggestions guys.
