Those days ended years ago. Now I just do enough to stay in regs and pass semi annual physicals. I'll do a ECA stack a month prior to cut a few pounds off.

I used to work out many years ago. About the same height as you. I thought I lifted well but nothing compared to you : 0

If you don't mind me asking, Did you take anabolics? HGH etc.?

If you have the kind of strength to lift that much all natural, then bravo! : )

I took pro hormones before but I gained more off the diet. Felt better also, no lower back spasms. My weight stayed at 155. I got heavier on the PH but I think it was mostly water.
