for those that don't know sound waves create sound pressure which creates flex, flex does not mean louder, but if you have more flex in the same car, it means more sound waves and pressure which means its louder, but like murph said rides are different, which gives different pressure and wave read outs for each car... but if in the same car and more flex it is louder, and can be proved with the meter...

After Taco Bell I released more visible sound waves than your car does. More power and beefier subs will raise the spl. Just getting more flex will not and in fact it will decrease spl.

The FJ has little flex on the exterior of the truck....except the roof (which no one can see) and we fixed that flex...so it is gone now....

The Plexi logo flopping around does not count as it is an added section of head liner with little support do to lacking of available ways to support it.

Flex does not equal loud what so ever.

Flex is a representation of the way the car is assembled/built. Nothing more...nothing less.

you have modified and modified, now put more in there and see if it flexs, you are missing the point, if you add more sound pressure and sound waves without modifying more you would have more flex from more preasure and waves, more pressure and more waves is more dbs...

i kinda agree, but if you have more flex, that means you have added more sound pressure and sound waves, yes, if you flexing too much you will lose spl, but it took more to get that flex... and the increase would still be a increase...
