i seen people talking about the bigger ones (Taylorfade i think) and saying they did rated and some. i dont see reason why these shouldnt.

SD's do rated.

Don't run em under rated impedance or it will be a smoke show.

They can play down to about 9v iirc. Then problems happen.

We don't use them here or install them. To many known issues and a far to high failure rate. The CS has went to about zero as well.

they do rated and then some ,i had a sd 8 k and a 12k at 100 hrtz tho.you'll need a good xover or eq ,they dont sound very good daily without one

Just to get your opinion why? Cactus does what 5K @14.4, SD does 6500@14.4....

Cactus is proven reliable and will be much easier to have fixed when you blow it up.

Cactus.

SD amps are known to fail often. SD and Stetsom are two amps that I'd steer clear from. Great amps if you're a strictly SPL competitor and on a team that can pay for all your repairs. The Brazilian amps are known for some of the worst customer service as well.

^^^ that pretty much sums it up not very reliable amps spend more time on repair benches than in the customers cars and cs is non existent. My buddy is dealing with that now amp has popped 5 times he's had to pay to have it repaired 2 of the 4 times so now he doesn't know what he's gonna do.
