Custom Car Audio Decals
Ok so I got a SC-20CA some time ago on ebay, did not have the 2 little brackets to mount it so it's useless no way to mount it. So I emailed sound stream to see if I could get a replace install kit, I fgure hey there a big company customer service should be great, think oh they will just send it out, maybe charge shipping maybe even $5 or $10 this some small parts. If you ever used one you know what I am talking about.

So I get told how bad ebay is, how I should never buy of ebay, and these parts cost $50 a set.

This has to be the worst customers service in the world or maybe it was because I had read this page RIGHT before emailing them;

So my question is was he rude, or not.

BTW I loved Sound Stream up to this point many xxx-6500's, O/S sound Stream Amp still got some a LOT of them. This just put a really bad task in my mouth for sound stream, that I once thought was a great company. NOT SO MUCH IT SEEMS..

If we have them they are 50.00 a set. Do you still want?Again, you should not have bought off ebay.

Chuck is the wrong person to contact. He dont even work at Soundstream. He is located in Texas. Email Brandon@soundstream, grizz@soundstream or brenda@soundstream any of them will fix you up for free or next to nothing.

 
They have no reason to warranty missing parts even if you had bought it at a shop, so where you bought it shouldnt be an issue.

These companies would like to kill off even the used market by refusing to offer to sell replacement parts to owners.

To say the least I JUST got done installing my BX-15 I will be selling it on ebay tomorrow. lol

I did what any normal customer would do. Contact sales and/or support it's not really a "support" issue. I just want to use there product. If chuck is a d*ck then don't have his email up there.. I am or was a huge soundstream fan, But come on now..

Maybe Jacob at sundown just has such great customer service I have no need for any one else.. lol Just saying is all..

Maybe, and I could understand that. But come on Soundstream is a Major brand has been for YEAR's.

But what if your mom emailed him while he was drunk because here cd player in her mini van had a button just pop off she got it off btw ebay and a shop installed it. Button has nothing to do with shop or where she got it sound stream still made it sold it to some one made money off of it. You mom just needs that .99 cent button so when she picks up sunday for chuch you can jam out.. Just saying is all.. I did not wrong as far as me any any ones mom.
