sound deadening?

whats some cheap deadening, not dyna or nothing like that cause i cant afourd that but whats a cheap way to seal things up some? home brew ways? anything? i heard somethin bout stuffin egg cartons in open spaces behind panels? does that help at all/ever heard of it!? anything? aluminum foil and the gum scraped from under the tables at resturaunts? ill try anything legit! and be real about it

oh man i wouldnt go that low lol. buy some rubber mat maybe. i heard one under the box helps. and obviously dyna.

Peel and seal from Lowes.

Or fatmat, but they say it's the same as peel and seal. I think they are different as fatmat was easier to use, but about the same thickness and peel and seel is cheaper.

People will say don't use either, but is the cheapest out there and I have had nothing bad to say about my fatmat.
