Oh, ok I understand now. Well, Im in my trunk at least once a week for something of another. Im sure most people also are, if not more often. Id say youd notice it sagging, or a corner coming loose. Thats when I personally would take a pair of pliers and a heatgun and tear it off and put new on again? It wouldnt be more than a 30 min - 1 hour job, so I could live with that once in 10 years hahaNo. I am talking about if it falls off and gets that black stuff all over your stuff. After several years, it falls off. I haven't seen any cars with it sticking for over 10 years.
Last I talked to the dude, about 3-4 weeks ago, he said they didn't have any left in stock. Guess they are out of both the 45 and 80 mil. Couldn't tell me when it would be available again, but that he hoped soon...How about Edead? It's $ 1-2 per foot.
Sometimes you do, sometimes you don't. A few 90 plus degree days and it may fall.Oh, ok I understand now. Well, Im in my trunk at least once a week for something of another. No one cares about all the info he shares on his site or the almost unselfish amount of time he will spend figuring out and explaining the right solution for someone. They just care about price. Which is sad considering he's actually priced nicely. This many replies and Sound Deadener Showdown was not mentioned?

As for me, I'll admit, I get extreme discounts on dynamat products. I will be using their deadener but have promised myself I will use SDS for CCF, MLV, and basically all my other deadening needs as I feel the time he spent figuring out my situation at least warranted some of my business.
Yea, my FatMat sags sometimes because it gets stupid hot here in Phx. May remove it one day and put a new coat of AT on it. My DynaMat sticks very well tho.Sometimes you do, sometimes you don't. A few 90 plus degree days and it may fall.
Just saying.
With my next build, I am using sludge or something similar.
