sound and angles

hello just wondering i'm thinking about running anywhere from 3 to 5 12's, and i'm wondering if building triangle boxes and placing them at angles messes with the sound at all. oh sorry and i'm planning on going with a sealed system.

i'm installing in back of superduty ford of course i'm removing rear seat. and plan on either mounting my amps below or above and useing plexyglass and all that cool sh#$.
