audacity will let you do it pretty easy.

not the best program to rebass with, There's other proper software to do it cleaner without the music extremely compressed and you match the beat perfectly.

Im not a pro at all but, I used yelawolf daddys lambo and slowed the song plus added "some" lower bass notes in certain areas. It sounds ok, I could not find an acapella of this song and if so and had more time I could make it sound better.

Tested on my home sub and speakers @ about 500ish rms and it does not clip.
