Can someone please give me a link to the correct butt connectors I should be using to install headunit ? On RadioShack website please?!? And do I need that crimp tool or can I use pliers

These are at parts express but any local auto parts store will have them. And yes, you should use the crimping tool.

you can also just use orange wire nuts (not recommended). If you do, make sure to use the ones that have the metal inserts.

They will work just fine. And yes on the crimping pliers

Or you can solder and heat shrink which will give you a more solid connection.
