I just got my new Sprint BlackBerry Curve 8330 yesterday. Two problems.

Cannot figure out how to get my Yahoo mail to come through to the phone. Using the Setup wizard, I get a message asking if BlackBerry Enterprise supervisor admin has provided a password. I select no then says I need to use the Destop manager which leads me to my next problem. When I connect the phone, seems to work at that point. But clicking update or add/remove apps shows nothing. Shouldn't it come up with something and show me the apps that are on the phone???

You should have two options, one should say something like 'Add internet email account' I am not sure how it is setup through Yahoo but probably a pop server of some type. Set your incoming and outgoing servers then your username and password and you should be good.

Also make sure you are not hiding the option, if you go into the menu with all the icons and hit the options button there is something like hide/unhide.

I tried that first method...Forgot what it said...Im not sure why this is being so difficult but am going to take it to Sprint tomorrow. Got the hide/unhide button figured out but am still missing the browser icon aswell!!!

I deal a lot with T-Mobile and AT&T blackberries. Is there any reason you are provisioned to be on an enterprise server? If not, you are paying for a service you don't need. That's so you can wirelessly synch your device among some other stuff.

On the desktop manager, I believe there is an application loader option. Usually that tells you the apps on your device. Or you should be able to go to options/applications.

That's what is poping up on my phone which seems to me..something that im not looking for. I have unlimited plan if that helps any.....

I used the APP loader on the newest Desktop Manager version and nothing shows up on that screen or the update...So I deleted that and installed the provided software. That told me that it did not support the connected Blackberrys software.

WTF

Download Opera for Blackberry works very well and I think the enterprise thing is the default. Blackberrys were originally for business people who typically have a corporate blackberry server and not ballers like us rocking yahoo, gmail etc.
