LOL, your friend is her Internet/phone entertainment... and she is an actress.... these women are a dime a dozen... she loves him but won't give him her number, sure... she looks great but won't even meet him in a public place... heard that one before. Luckily, he did not give her any money (I hope!), she is just seeking attention. Your friend is the star in her living romance novels... you know, those books that build up a lot of tension where nothing ever really happens! Get the picture?!!!
As far as Internet personals go, myspace is one of the best, and it's free... however, he's going to have to talk to a lot of girls, and not get hung up on any one girl until she is kissing him every week on a consistent basis. Do you smell what I'm cooking?! here are the rules:
1) make a form letter and send it to all the girls who are not butt-ugly!
2) when one replies, exchange 3 - 5 emails and then request a picture if you don't already have one. If she does not send you a picture right away, I don't care if her cat died, don't talk to her again.
3) after the picture and 3- 5 emails, ask her to meet you in a public place, such as a resturant... give her everything she needs to make the decision, including the day, date, and time, name of the place, and directions. If she does not meet you or offer an alternative meeting... goodbye, baby!
Any woman that is attracted to your picture and personality romantically, and who is reasonably sane will meet you in a public place on those reasonable terms. Remember, just because she is beautiful and breathing does not make her good relationship material. For her to be the catch of the day, she must be easy to get along with (is this girl who is giving him false hope, breaking dates, and stringing him along a nice girl?! Quite the oposite... she is a control freak, fulfilling her own needs and walking all over him, dragging his heart through the gutter with empty promises), and she must have what has been called a spark, a crush... some beginning level of love to get to first base. There are millions of attractive, single women out there, and he only needs one... he needs to talk to other girls. Copy this and send it to him.
