Some type of signal noise only during Av mode

I have a pioneer 3300 nex with "0" signal noise or any type of odd noises

But when I connect my phone via Av and power up the hdmi to Av converter cord and connect to my belkin mirricast I get ton of signal distortion noise .

I'm not sure if it's from interference from the cankw that requires USB power or the mirricast dongle which also requires USB power .

But I get nothing of the sort during regular radio or Bluetooth music and it's all clean install behind

The USB power for the HDMI to AV cord and the Belkin Miracast is used through my 12v cigg lighter outlet .

The only other decent Court I read reviews on that doesn't require any USB Power is isimple medialinx HDMI to AV "RCA"
