Newer Car Keep stock deck and use a head unit still?

So after alot of research I dont want to spend the thousands to give my 2013 chrysler 300 a deck kit, seems hard to be able to integrate all the factory stuff to a deck.

Ive researched the lc8i and fix86. although the fix86 gives a nice EQ i can spend the same money on a good deck.

So I plan on putting a Alpine CDE-HD149BT in the glove box and hooking the highs, mids, subs up this way. Is this common practice for newer pain in the *** cars like mine?

How do I power the deck if im not tying into my cars harness?

dsp is the most common route with these new fangled infotainment systems found in newer cars without going the Doug Bernards SoundManCA route and gutting it with an ipad conversion
