some questions

I just got a 1996 nissan altima which is going to me my car from now on.. Im wanting to get a cd player and some comp speakers and amp in asap... Im not picky and really have been out of the audio stuff for a couple years now...

I want a decent cd player that has mp3/wma/ipod playback...has all the connections for subwoofers etc when I get them and thats all I need for cd player..

comp speakers need to be 5x7's I would like some rainbows or bostons if they are still good...

This amp look good to power those comp speakers? Always liked rockford amps..
