Some Questions about HID's

Alright so theres a company that makes a Plug and Play True HID's upgrade kit for my car, and it gives me four Bulb Temperatures to choose from, they range from 4300K to 8000

Im just wondering what the most popular bulb choice is over here? On there website it says that the lower the temperatures the brighter the bulb, and that the 6000K is there most popular kit, and that it is a very bright white "with a slight bluish hint" im just wondering if i should get this or should i bump it up to the 8000Ks? Because i love the blue color and kinda want people to KNOW i have HIDs not just have a little hint of HID in my lights, i doubt it would sacrifice light output that drastically and it would be a much deeper blue color

any opinions

also now if you have a system and have HIDs, do u still get headlight diming or is that not a issue anymore

ive got 10k's and love em. i get compliments on them all the time. Ill take a pic in a few and post it. I had the 6k's on another truck of mine and they were cool, but people just thought they were really really bright headlights. I would never get the 4300's. they look like normal lights, just ungodly bright

do it right plz. 5000k max with PROPER projector housings //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

its gonna be totally worth it.

i have 6ks and love 'em. i like a stock look and i kno stock is 5k but i wanted a dab of blue tint so i went with 6. 8k is good but its too blue IMO, my friend has 8ks with a system and they dont dim... by the way theres a company in ebay where i got mines its intensehids or something like that, they do a plug n play for like 90 bucks shipped... just my 2 cents

the higher you go up the worse the light output is. i dont have them myself but i have heard that 8000 is the highest you should go if you drive alot at night time. i doubt you wanna get caught in the rain at night time with 10000. also, 8000 is blue and the lower is white. if you go over 8 it starts turning purple. most of this has already been mentioned tho

10K is plenty bright, i create shadows infront of cars infront of me at night, my 6k's were horrible bright, people would flash me all the time and that was in a lowered truck with the headlights aimed low...here are the pics
