Remote wire is wrong sounds like. did you do blue with stripe for the amp turn-on lead and not just blue(power atenna)?

THe attenna lead only sends voltage through the wire when the radio is on, hence why his system works when the headunit is playing the radio and not the cd's. Its a common mistake.

Wired the subs wrong?... No that could not be a cause of this.

It is DEFFINITLY the REM lead, swap the wires and you will be fine.

The remote turn on from the amp is wired into the power ant since the harness dident come with a remote turn on... that i can see... what should i do?

Did you get your head unit new or used? Either way - was the wiring harness for the deck damaged in some way? If not - it should have two separate blue leads; one with a white stripe and one without

The former is meant for amp activation and the latter for power antenna activation. Some head units only send current to the antenna lead when in tuner mode but the amplifier lead will have current at all times the unit is turned on.

if there isnt a remote turn on, tap into the ACC line and use that as your remote on.
