Some help setting up a system on a budget 250-300 Dollars

Hey everyone im hoping i can get some information from someone here, this is my first car ive put any aftermarket speakers in. I recently bought a 1983 chevrolet c10 and i will be putting a shallow mount sub behind the seat. So far i think i will be getting one 12" Rockford Fosgate P3 Rockford Fosgate® - P3SD412

I have alittle less than 4 inches for depth so i think this is prob the best sub i can go with. If anyone has any better ideas i am open to suggestion. I also have 2 6x8 Kickers that i am wanting to hook up to an amp along with Subwoofer so i was hoping someone could point me in the right direction as far as the amp goes. The kickers are KS-680 4 ohm speakers. My budget is from 250-300 dollars if i can stay in that range. Im also wanting quality sound rather than loudness.

Ive also had to build a box for the sub and speakers to fit behind the seat and i have around

.98 cubic ft for the sub and was wondering if i should port the box or not and how to do it.

Get a Stereo Integrity BM MKIII. They're supposedly the best shallow mount subs on the market: http://stereointegrity.com/index.php?id=57

Ill check those subs out thanks. I would like to put some in the door but im not sure i will have enough room to put them there. I may have to build something to get some sound there but i gotta work with what i have right now. Just spent 550 dollars on the interior so i cant afford much more lol. Anyone know what to do about an amp with the rockford sub and kickers? Im gonna go check into that other sub and see if i can use it thanks.

Ok i just looked into the SI sub and it seems pretty nice where is an online store that sells it though, any body else choose it over the RF P3 and why perferable if youve heard them both in person. Also it says .5 cubic feet is required will it sound worse in 1 cubic foot because thats how my box is made.

Thanks guys im excited about getting this set up but dont wanna jump the gun i wanna be happy with what i get.
