some advice before i screw something up

I have recentley got a cda 7892 alpine unit. A directed 1100.1 came in the mail today. The unit has 3 sets of rca's one set says rear the other says front and the other set says subw. I plan on running 2 type r's at 1 ohm load but yet to get the r's in the mail. How do i know what rca goes in which hole for my unit and my amp? Does any body have pictures or some advice that could help me out. I also was going to connect the power to the amp to the fuel pump relay would that be a good idea? I ran 5 ga- fuse a foot long then another section of 5ga to amp with distro block and about a foot of 9 gauge - amp. The ground is connected on to the bolt of the back seat. The remote wire is connected. But i am very confused on the rca and any help would be appericated for a first time installer. Im trying to do this whole system by my self with out no help and so far going good just need some tips and pointers so i dont fry anything.

I'd leave anything that makes the car stay running alone ie the fuel pump relay. Dont be ghetto jsut run it to the battery. as far as rcas plug the subw ones to the imput of the amp plug the 2 into the 2 input holes in whatever place you want its a mono signal it wont matter.

Connect the power wire directly to the battery, making sure to use a rubber grommet if it passes through the firewall.

The RCA interconnects go from the head unit pre-outs to the inputs on the amplifier.

Were you asking what output on the CD player to hook the RCA to? If you were just incase you missed it you need to hook it up to the one labeled sub.
