just google it, it's freeware (free to dl). However:

First, port took up more displacement than I thought. Build 26x20x20. That's 6cu gross and 4.6cu after displacement.

Winisd hates slot ports I found out by trying to play with these dimensions for you. Do a 3in tall port 20in wide and 18in deep. Should put you right at 35hz. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, I really think winisd is off. Box
