I wouldn't consider a DOHC 4.6 Cobra/Marauder/Mark8 motor rice by any means.

I am not a 4 cam kinda guy but its not rice.

at a car meet a few days ago people do high 12's and low 13's in the quarter with not too many mods on wrx's... so i think 11's are very possible given they are much lighters cars and he probly had much done.

So, at this car meet you were at, they actually had a light tree, some devide to get acurate time, etc etc....

Every "car meet" ive been at has been in parking lots etc, and has never had any sort of equpiment like that

What the **** do you think that they were taking times with? two stoplights and a watch? Come on fuck wit, think about it. They were at a drag strip. You're just butthurt, because, not only is your car a slow piece of shit. But its also heavy, gets horrible mileage (not that tuned imports dont), and can't take turns to save its life. All you'd have to do to jump up a second or two in a dsm is a couple cheap boltons, fairly simple tuning and then increase the boost. Not to mention the use of slicks.
