So my 18th biday is coming up and my pops bought me a car. the only thing is he lives an hour away and he wont tell me what it is!! lol, I hate surprises!!

the only thing I know is that it is black and it's a stick...

congrats on being spoiled. I bought my truck when I was 14, and I still drive it. Know what my parents got me as a graduation gift, for finishing in the top 25 in my class? Luggage. ****ing, luggage. How about you go out, earn some money, and purchase a vehicle yourself, pay the taxes, and insurance on it, then tell us how you feel.

I bought an 88 5.0 for $350... Guy thought the engine was blown, all needed was a new head gasket. Me, friend, and his dad did it the summer before my 16th and sure enough had it running like new.

exactly wat i was thinking...i just turned 17 and my parents treat me and my twin bro like that.....they bought us both vehicles (nothing special paid $3000 for each) and as long as we keep our grades at least B averages they pay for our insurance too...but nething extra we want like CA, rims, that kinda stuff we buy.
