SO I've started my build....

So i've got a lot of help from the guys on here on what enclosure to build for my 12" BTL and thanx to CRUZER on here he pointed out the box sheets for my sub....this is pretty much my first box which im building on my own and thanx to homedepots crappy cuts the box isnt perfect....now for the pix....

Done and closed up..

heres when you notice the poorly cut wood...

making sure i can fit it in the car as a whole

And after a bit of bangin and some metal cutting i was able to get her in just as i wanted and pictured!!!

I notice the uneven cuts on the first picture. The two layers of baffle on the edge that ends up being the bottom right the way it sits in the last pic, is uneven //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif not that bad for a first attempt , i have seen worse. Did you use silicon caulk for glue for the 45's? they will come loose if you did. People gonna give you crap for your cutout not being perfectly round. thats definitely one ugly cutout but if it works then so be it. did you sand down the uneven parts of wood? not bad for a first build. good stuff. now wheres the vids?

yea lol....never used a rotozip and didnt have a jigsaw which i regret not going and buying one...i used woodglue and silicone....and screws....sub is supposed to get here tomorrow but my car should hopefully come out the body shop at the end of this week...so hopefully next week ill have pix and videos of the results....yes i tried sanding down and filling in all uneven parts....since its going to be painted i used bondo to fill everything....

haha lol.....cutout was fixed i will post updated pix soon! its raining out here at the moment!
