So I did a back to back comparison; audiopipe 30001d and DD M1C

So you don't have any way of comparing the output of the amps? Clamp test? Oscope? I'd like to see a back to back compare so we have a good reference (The DD amp)
I don't think you are following the differences we are talking about.

In a car the tests are subject to the install and product used. Meaning if you change the install, product, or cars the results will be different. So your argument you have put forth in this thread is unproven if we can not test it as it is right now.

So are you wanting to back up your current claim, or change your claim that the AP is better to... you just want test results and numbers to base your "idea" on which will hold no water to anyone once they are installed in a car.

I just want to find out how much clean vs dirty watts each amp puts out. I already know the AP amp gets louder in my particular car.

The point is, with out testing you do not actually know which is louder.
Can we start with clamp tests and go from there?

Personally I am certain the DD amp does not put out more then the AP, but maybe we can throw a couple different subs in the trunk and see what we come up with.. My XXX will be sold as of tonite.

Sir you have to remmeber the ear plays trick I had 4-18's in my suburban doing 52-53 now I run 2-18's on just as much power and it seems much louder than my 4-18's did but only meter 151.4 sitting in the truck though you couldnt tell. Food for thought.

my 2 12s did 45.5s 3 min musical avg... but felt like 51s... was murderous for 1000 watts lol

But mine is exact setup sub box everything just a 5 minute amp swap. Nothing changed except less bass with the 1700 watt DD amp compared to the 2,000 watt AP amp

I like how OP sig'd @Tenacious\. when the next sentence in that quote is: "An AudioPipe amp is simply not made to be reliable, it's made to be cheap and disposable."

I like how people say things like that, when 95% of the online reviews are positive with no issues whatsoever.

About the same percentage of people in this hobby who don't know what they're freaking doing. Hence the reason they bought Audiopoop in the first place.

I didn't say they knew what they were doing. I said their amps worked fine and almost none reported any problems.

Because their ears are retarded (like yours) and can't hear the distortion. Go ahead and be cheap and enjoy your inferior quality equipment.
