Dude I went through the exact same thing. Then I ended up finding out that the mutual agreement of us breaking up was because she was already talking to another dude for weeks. "Said I wasn't giving her enough attention" because I didn't want to sit around and watch Extreme makeover home edition and americas next top model.

I tried the same thing.

Broke up with my EX and she had no where to go. So I was going to try and let her stay a couple of weeks. The first night she didn't come home from work until late, because she was hanging with some new guy at work.

Needless to say she was out of my house that night.

Don't do it man. It's just unneeded stress.

You should bring a different chick home every night and bang her in front of the ex. Eventually she'll join in and it's Win for you. But instead, you'll be beating off and crying yourself to sleep every night she's on the phone with the jagoff she dumped you for. Nobody mutually agrees to break up. She moved on, but was still living there, and you got tired of the fact that she was hiding her infidelity from you so well. So she made you feel like it was all good and that you were in control of the situation.
