i got mine at a local pepboys or somethin for 7 bucks this is an alright picture, although the left side is in the shade (darker) but this was 3 layers, and i masked off the reverse lights, this is 100% legal-all light goes through

Testors sells the transluscent paint for like $4 a can.

Its legal to a certian degree, some cars ( older jags) have stock black taillights.

Headlights and front turn signals are illegal.

Do they have Nite Shade at Autozone?

I've been talking to jflash about his car, he used vinyl from here: http://www.signsupply.com/Vinyl/Oracal/8300.asp Only drawback is that you have to buy a shitload.

If this spray stuff works, then I'll use that instead, its cheaper.

If you are cheap, the testors stuff. You will prob use about 1 can.

I did 3 layers with that night shades stuff, didnt even use 1/2 the can

I reccomend doing a heavy coat on the red and a light coat on the clear.

Buy some good quality clear coat ( duplicolor) so it doesnt look like poop

You put the clearcoat on top of the spray, or duplicolor is the brand of the smoke?
