Smoked tailights

I know the covers IE made by autoventshade are illegal in my state. I had the Smoked tail lights and the smoked headlights, and I got pulled over all the time, but it looke great, my explorer was completly blacked out, with Machined aluminum rims.

yeah i think imma do this to my tailights too. How do i check if it is legal or not?

I used the spray on my trucks tail lights when i had it.....If you know what your doing, they will come out great...If not it will look like crap..

I might as well try the spray, if that doesnt work, I'll take it off and try the shop... haha

when properly done, VHT smoke spray > all... i did my turn signals and side markers (big *** orange rectangles on the side of fender) with it.. and this is how the car looks. Mind you it was taken with my razr.

I did my corners with VHT nite shade.

Works awesome. I just run GT styling headlights in front.

it is not legal,if a cop feels like it you will get a ticket. ive been through it once. but thats florida

Tint>spray

Rockblocker.com if they have your car application, or you can get a sheet and cut it to spec.

i have seen somewhere that people can buy these things that look like tint, that go directly over your car lights. not sure what they are called, but if i find the site, ill send u the link. apparently you are supposed to be able to take them off and put them on when ever u please

I've never used it, but I've read good things about this nite shades tint on here:

I think those lights on there look best with either one or two coats.
