the vinyl can be purchased through laminx or rockblocker.

nope u have an accord right? they have precut pieces the shape of the tails... its about 50 bux a set.
or u can buy a sheet of it and cut urself...
50 dollars just for 2 peices? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif

yaaaa lol... its worth it though... alot nicer than painting it... with the night shades and other window paint etc u lose some of that shine/gloss... with the vinyl if u apply it correctly it comes out looking factory as though there is nothing on it. Also, if you have that 5th gen accord the tails should be fairly flat... you can even use window tint. they come out darker though but they look nice and its cheaper than vinyl.

This person used 5% scratch resistant window tint...

differnce between the two vinyls is that the laminx is alot thicker and darker. both are pretty stretchy so it is very flexible to work with, you just need to heat it up and use some soap/water solution. The window tint wont be flexible at all so if you choose to use window tint you will need to make sure u have no curves or bumps etc... gotta be fairly flat.

ive used both vinyls and i prefer the laminx over the oracle anyday... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

window tint? or do u mean for the tail light? i used vinyl from laminx - its the same stuff as rockblocker. they are cutouts your lay over the tails. but u will need a hairdyers and soup/water solution to get them on... requires you to heat up vinyl and stretch it out a bit to cover tail light. not hard //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

where do you get that tint for your lights
WHERE do we get the pre-cut ones?

AND I still want my red to be seen...

So yea

NOT really... just apply several light gloss/clear coats on top.

I like using Nite Saades it comes out shiny if you wet sand the nite shades and then apply clear. It will cost you like $20 in material and will shine like glossy black paint if you do it right.

Very nice cars guys. Wonder how it'd look on a jeep....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif .
