What is the difference between a 1$ lug and a 2$ lug? It's just a piece of copper with a hole in it right?

Thickness, True Diameter, Heat Shrink included... etc.. Sky High has some real good stuff.

Sky High wire is advertised as "0 Gauge oversized wire" or something along those lines. It and Knu wiring are the best in the business. They make incredibly quality products.

Kudos, KNU is 12mm Internal where as skyhigh is 13mm Internal.

I know its CCA I was just giving a comparison. Nothing wrong with CCA if you are under 3K watts RMS and you have solid end lugs and use flux solder. Haters ganna Hate.

Definitely not. Would be a waste.

I recommend picking up those Sky High lugs with heatshrink, Soldering them on and calling it a day!

I'm going with Sky High 2/0 because I will have a total of over 9k RMS...

At this point, I'm not even considering 1/0 CCA. I have 20 feet of knu, but don't want to do 4 runs.

Well I actually have everything hooked up except the power wire for my amp to my second battery... All I need is 8 feet of wire and one terminal with a 5/16 stud. What should I get?

If you are under 3K watts RMS. Pick up the 8 feet of 1/0 CCA from sky high, then wing it and pick up the pack of 10 lugs. You will be happy when you need them when you decide to upgrade later on. Maybe to OFC or more runs of CCA.
