Any advice for hooking to amps up

I have a jbl 400w amp and a jl audio 360w 4 channel I have pre amp outputs on my jl audio amp but am woundering how what would be the best thing to do to power them should I use just a distribution block thanks in advance

Yeah just I have been reading up people saying that when running two amps they would use a Power Capacitor but I think there isn't much power going to be needed to run them amps
