Again, not trying to diss. Looks like a lot of work went into that box, and I'm a big fan of what you did with the amps. I've thought about doing something like that myself. Big props for making that happen. Also, the black trim really makes it pop, and cleaned it up quite nicely.

I say it looks like a computer desk because... well if you turned a desk upside-down and had the legs up in the air, and the place where the subs are is like where you put the chair under it...

And well... well... It's 2 in the morning and I should probably be in bed. Yeah.

nope, no cabinet shop. it just runs in the family. you should see my granda's shop. its 4x bigger. neither of them did any wood working as a career.

it was on the list of options. if i did veneer then i wouldnt have been able to make the color how i wanted it. and the sheets are so thin i would have had a hell of a time cutting them straight.

i went with the oak ply because i liked the grain.

lol, noooo. we dont have to do anything to jmanpc. he was very nice about the way he said his opinion. he is the only one ive had say they didnt REALLY like it. so i think thats still pretty **** good. i see what he's talking about and i laughed a little. still dont think it looks like a desk but i see what he sees.

here is a better video on youtube. the camera actualy picks up some flexing. wasnt showing a **** thing in the other ones.
