Dual 18s with 13 cf

With 2 18s you need closer to 160in^2 of port area thats a huge port.

I mean I don't keep anything back there so I'm willing to give it up for the enclosure I just want it under window so people cant see what I got in there

Go back to the 10th page of this thread and you'll see that Jeffdachef modeled the Skar in 4 types of enclosures... I like the 10 ft3!... it goes LOW... but the 6.5 ft3 is not bad... a heck of a lot better than the factory box... 2 18's at 6.5 ft3 ea on a Twisted 3.5K should kill the 15's you've got! and you should be able to keep it at or near the seatback... Let others with winisd model it for port area... It'll work... just not ideal.

Even if you built over the wheel well you wouldn't gain but about a cube and a half.still very border line for 218 with that much Port area

You have to remember port bracing and sub displacement will take up 2 cubes at least

Stayed inside after 10 am... kept the animals inside (kids and cats)... LOL! Supposed to be a bass meet tomorrow PM... we'll see!.. Well... I did choose to live here... and worked outdoors for 20 years...LOL!

I can see where this is headed. Tell us all to fuckoff...gets the 18s anyway....gets a box going from losissatool, the stupid one, then finds out it don't sound good. Why? Because he doesn't have enough airspace.

I agree. Not only that you need room for the port and you dont want to load the port because at tuning its going to make of break tge lowend. Hes better off with 2 15s with a tad larger box and a tad more port area. Also building a guide that controls the ports pressure out of the space between the hatch and box will help greatly!!
