Sister not happy with her setup, pics inside, please help

Dealers make me laugh sometimes, they always have some hidden agenda ($$$)

the dealer over sold you on amps and under sold you on subs IMO,

you should have bought better subs..and 12s if you have room.

I have installed Mclass subs before they are entry level subs without question-

I used to get the for like 70 bucks each,$10 more than the PR's which IMO they are just fancier PR's.

Did you try tuning the system more crank the gain up a little, move the Xover settings higher etc?

Diamond D3s is one alternitive you can try,2 10's u wont have a problem using all that amps power and youll have

some nice headroom and it shouldent cost more money since the subs are priced closley to M's.

But she wont like them either it ,sounds like she has expensive taste and 2 D6s will walk all over all the above mentioned anyways so maybe

Get the dealer to swap them out if possible cause a D6 will kick *** in a small enclosure

have the dealer wire them up as 2 D4s in parrallel so youll get that amp to a 1ohm final load

and feed the D6s 550w each

then watch her be all smiles

OT but how did u fit those l7s in a ported box behind your seat? Pics?!
It is just one ported 10'' L7 and i bought the Pro Box Super Bass Ported Box for it. I had pics of it somewhere but i can't find them. Anyways it's made specifically for the kicker solobaric subs. It's a pretty nice box but i had to move up the seat a couple notches. The port comes out the passenger side.

I totally agree, by the way, she picked out the box and 10's, i was encouraging her to spend more money and get a custom setup like my old camaro but with newer equipment, heres a pic of my old camaro's trunk:

But yeah, Im gonna tell her to get the D6's, they sound like the best sub for this situation but then again I really wanna hear the W6v2's...

w6v2's would be looooouuuuddddd. i heard two of them on a 1000/1 and it was retarded loud for a daily setup.
dood, thats nothing you should hear my ride............//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eyebrow.gif.fe2c18d8720fe8c7eaed347b21ea05a5.gif

as far as I am concerend all car audio is to be heard daily,if its not it should be in a house

Hey RST, are you over on PerformanceTrucks.net forums? I think I've seen your truck over there.

anyways as for the question, if you have .86 cubes per sub you probably want to get some old skewl round solo barics (if you could find them). They require very little space. I believe they really only need 400 watts as well, but I'm sure if you are careful with the gains crank a little more from that memphis amp ;P.

hey RSTsilverado are your parents rich? or do u and your sister have money like that? just wondering, no hating here //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

2kchevy- Yes im over on performancetrucks.net

noob with an RS- It's a little bit of both lol, My parents bought us the cars but we have to pay for everything we do to it. All the modifications on my truck i have payed for and i pay for insurance. It's the same for my sister.

it's a very nice truck bro, mad props. I'm tryin to learn by reading those forums. I hope I can afford to drop a 5.3L into my truck next year sometime, after the system is done of course //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
