single kicker l7 15

alright i bought a kicker l7 15 and i have a kicker zx 1000.1 (its going in a 98 chevy blazer 4dr) and now i need to design a box it says the max is 6cu so i should have pleanty of room for that. i want it ported but i cant seem to figure out how to design it using the online calculators. im a noob and would really appriciate it if someone could walk me through it and possibly give me some designs (if anyone already made one). also what should i keep my bass boost and gain at so i dont fry this sub like my other one //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif thanks alot guys!

Im using the SAME sub but with a Rockford Fosgate t1500bdcp amp. My box is much smaller, coming in at about 4.25 cubes in a Ford Fusion. I had my box designed by buck, hes listed in the supported vendors. Ive not built it just yet, but if you get him the maximum dimensions you can use he can build you a nice set of prints.
