Single capable amp needed to push 2 12" bone crushers.

Mine is a hatch, but I have 900mm" width
That's because your battery isn't relocated to the boot.. Mine 900 without the battery in there.

How tall are you willing to go realistically?... I'd like more room somewhere... is the box going to be against the hatch if I use all 500mm?
No. I'v accounted for that.

My seats are raised high enough I can put 100ah AGM under each easily luckily

You either not reading what I type or it's not sinking in... at this point I am frustrated beyond belief and will let someone else deal with you... good luck "mate"...

Thanks for everything guys.. Abundantly appreciate all urls help. This is where I bow out. Cheers.

These are selected quotes from this thread... I apparently do not speak English... or Wellyboy does not listen... this thread is so long I could not multi-quote it all at one time... here is part one...

You go on and build THAT and put a RF 1500 BDCP on it... no comment
Okay.. So it does really seem quite difficult and I am stuck big time so hear are my measurements. 40cm height. 76.5cm width. 44cm depth All measurements are external (18mm MDF) All up it's 107. 2LTs. A single sub requires 50.6LT so I hope I'm on the right track there since I'm running 2 subs. I'm aiming for about 32-38hz but feel free to coment negatively on that. I'm struggling creating the correct measurements for my ports an find somthing that directly concentrates on how to do calculations for the port... So plz help.

You should read the WHOLE thread... this is crazy... he does not read well or something... I'm at a loss...
I just can't beg for PARAMETERS any more... LOL!
Yes those are my dimensions.. I'm beginning to get used to your imperial system. Even going as far as measuring using the imperial side of the measuring tape. Hatchback.

That's good advice. Cheers mate.. I'm gona start on Saturday morning.. So I'll prob be in here chatting while I begin building it.. I Dnt have access to a 3d programme to model it.. The best I can do is 3D technical drawings. Do this tonight.

Would appreciate anyone double check before I begin cutting.

What did YOU do?... adjust box size?... that is not the same as the Torres one
z5w0aP.jpg

You've created something close to this...

You gonna' go with THAT ^^^^????
BTW... It'll probably have poor low frequency extension... you're "Bonecrushers" will probably become "Braincrushers" in that box...
If you can fit it in your "boot"... this looks to be really strong at a low tuning... if you are curious I'll do it up in Torres but I'm getting tired of this... give me your EXACT measurements available with the battery in there and all the way to the hatch... I'll adjust for port clearance...

Looks like you adjusted the box measurements to fit... and ended up with a very small box, space makes bass, the 4 ft3 net box was smallish but I went by the measurements given... what space IS available with the battery in there?.. come on man... this is getting old fast...

That hand drawing actually hurts my eyes.....no joke. Too many lines intersecting one another makes it difficult to see the actual enclosure he drew. Might be better using Google Sketchup or similar drawing program.

Part 2...

It won't fit Bro.. That 35" was way too much my max width I can go is 700mm... I haven't done anything though....
Sent from my MHA-L09 using Tapatalk
Height and depth as well?.. available space please...let me determine the clearance to the hatch... try to go as high as you can within reason... you need to find some airspace...
So far I've got 27.5" wide... I need more info...
Okay hold on.. Let me re measure everything for you give me a minute.

500 deep 400 high 730 wide in mm.
Goin to build the back board in the mean time so take your time.

Sent from my MHA-L09 using Tapatalk
Are you SURE this time?... and that 500mm is to the hatch?
400mm high?... that's the max you're willing to go... 500mm to the hatch in depth?.. Or are you trying to account for clearance again... let me account for it...
To be sure we are speaking the same language 4m is width... 3m is depth and 2m is height in the diagram below...

I need MAX usable dimensions... I'll try to do the rest.... except build it for ya'...

I really Dnt know how much more I could give..

Actual measurements would have been nice, it kept changing and you NEVER seemed to listen... this thread was epic but someone here might still help ya'... I'm out I can't build the thing thru the internet... as far as shredder1 is concerned...

It's nice huh?.. no accounting for material thickness and he just arbitrarily hacked the design then came up with a 2.7 ft3 creation all by himself... I really tried....

With the space he has based on his drawing he might be better off with both drivers in sealed, or single driver in ported, but the pair in that ported space would need to be tuned for spl high tuned I guess.

I have the same problem I want more cone area than I have space for.
