yeah thats better for a 10", better to have right air space sealed if not enough room ported., some subs do work in smaller boxes like dc audio..

It sounded decent I know that sub can do way more than what it is doing but he was happy so I just let it be and told him to get new amp.

tell him look at ppi p1000 like mine they tested higher than rated power 1162rms@1 ohm 930 rms @2ohm price goes between $155-$169 on amazon
