Deman was not banned because I thought he was hacking ca.com. His banning is all on me. His banning is a result of the actions that occurred during that time frame in which I was banned, my wife was banned, I was removed from the secret section of this forum all because of the lies that were made up about me. But I'd be happy to have his account re-instated if everything would be set back to the way it was. But at this point, I know it wont happen so his account will stay banned. In this case, his banning and a few others from this site had nothing to do with a violation of ca.com's rules.

Your banning occurred after several complaints were made because of your comments and that other guy (which by the way he got a 1 yr vacation by the other mods). You forget that as mods we have the right to remove you or your posts as we see fit. These are rules that you agree to. If you have a problem with them, don't post.

No where in the rules does it say I have to contact you when you are being an insensitive asshole prior to taking moderator action. FYI, Audioholic didn't have a problem with your short vacation.

I use the infraction system quite often. Unfortunately, we dont an infraction option for insensitive asshole. I'm sure if I had given you an infraction for some other reason you'd have thrown a fit about that as well.
